I have always believed in the possibility of deep wellbeing my quest to experience it led me to The Presence Process a book by Michael Brown. The process involves daily conscious, connected breathing and I was astounded by its power. It was an extraordinary solo experience which expanded my perceptions and shifted my centre of gravity. The retreat day was an absolute delight. I felt like my soul had been truly nurtured.
I loved the intimacy of our group and the space Nichola held was divine. That allowed me to really sink into ‘being’. I felt safe, supported and held.

I am keeping up with bedtime breathing and a second session during the day as often as I can. It seems to be helping to give me a new calmness and awareness.
