Workshops

Self-honesty and self-love are the two wings which gradually free us from the past, allowing us to flower into our vibrant authentic selves. When we can meet whatever we find within, with acceptance and kindness we can release, forgive and move on.

Transformational Breath is a deep cleanse for the body and mind, it changes our internal chemistry by flooding us with oxygen and energy. It often brings us in to awareness of parts of our selves we don’t usually encounter, both in the unconscious and the superconscious.  To breathe in this way IS a profound act of self-love.

The day will include conscious, mindful practices to offer deep care for all aspects of the amazing beings we are.
